Use of this material avoids the health hazards associated with processing the expensive and highly toxic Beryllium Copper alternative.
All parts have socket detail to suit standard wall waveguide and are available in either Aluminium with steel shot blast finish or Copper Alloy with grit blast finish using 60/40 alumina grit.
These parts are available from stock in both UK and USA.
Note 1: Waveguide Tube Wall Thickness 0.8mm (.032")
Note 2: Waveguide Tube Wall Thickness 0.5mm (.020")
Note 3: Body of casting is standard wall thickness, socket sizes reduced to suit thin wall waveguide
All parts have socket detail to suit standard wall waveguide and are supplied in Aluminium with steel shot blast finish.
VSWR 1.05 : 1 over full waveguide frequency range.
