Micro Metalsmiths' range of waveguide diplexers are available for all point to point and point to multipoint applications from 13 to 40 GHz.
The diplexers are manufactured using either precision machining or Micro Metalsmiths' MM precision casting process.
WG22 (WR28) H Plane 38GHz Diplexer
- 13 to 40 GHz in waveguide sizes WR62 to WR22.
- For lower volume requirements and all WR62 and WR51 requirements the diplexers are precision machined.
- For high volume WR42, WR34 & WR28 requirements Micro Metalsmiths precision casting process is used.
WG22 (WR28) E Plane 28GHz Diplexer
- Cast diplexers require no tuning screws and are light weight - less than a third of the precision machined version.
- Micro Metalsmiths can develop a diplexer as a precision machined item, and convert it to cast version at a later date.
- Diplexers are supplied with standard waveguide flange interfaces.
